What we need from you
To ensure adequate quality and speed of our work we need from you:
- Sustain warranty (a copy of delivery note, invoice or product numbers)
- A detailed description of defects, a description of the requirement for service
- Contact person for your company (preferably directly to the assembly or service technician)
- In the case of an extended warranty you must sustain a copy of the relevant contracts
- In the case of returning goods from a loan you must sustain the loan contract number
- In the case of an branch office inform us about the address where the repaired product to be send
- When you require to rent a spare piece send us written order of the service
